The apartment is 105 sqm large and is situated in a beautiful historical apartment house built in the typcal style of the Art Deco era. The building is in good condition with a calm and quite, refined inner court. The apartment looks into the courtyard and to the Szofia street, which is a calm and quite sidestreet of the Terez Boulevard. The apartment has bright, friendly rooms, parquet floors and a very warm and cosy athmosphere. It is newly renovated and is equipped with high standard five star ***** furniture and many extras (cable tv, dvd-player, hifi-set, WLAN internet access).
 
 
 
Four people can sleep comfortably in this high-standard two bedroom flat. Both bedrooms are equipped with two modern comfortable kingsize beds (180 x 200 cm), additional matrasses cushions and polsters are available on demand.
One of the bed rooms is furnished with a small couch, an appropriate working area with writing table, an office chair, a desk lamp and an additioal wardrobe. Highspeed internet access is provided by a WLAN connect card, which can used wiht all Laptop computers.
The sitting room is furnished in a very friendly, bright style also on highlevel standards. It is funished with an arrangement of comfortable and cosy seats and an extensibel dininig table for 4 - 6 persons. Further equippment: Cable TV with more than 40 international chanells, a DVD-player, a hifi radio-cd-player combination.
The bathroom is renovated in a marble style with a large bath-tub, wash-bassins and a comtemporary high-classed installations and a washing-machine.
The kitchen with a small chamber is completely equipped with all dishes and kitchen utensils necessary for a perfect self-supply vacation. A gas-stove, a microwave, a coffee-machine, dishes, pans and pots, a complete set of knifes, forks and spoons, a coffee-service and a tea-service and further more completes the perfect kitchen equippment.
