The apartment is in the 5th floor of a historic building, a lift is available.  All rooms are in perfect condition, with  high ceilings and are very light. Each room has parquet floors.  Despite the general central location the dwelling is convenient and calm. Guided parking places are available close to the apartment.

All technical equipment such as central heating meets western standards. The apartment house has an elevator.
